Position Overview: Work will include, but is not limited to, review of Level I and Level II Trauma Centers’ policy on quality improvement, medical records, related trauma site survey documentation and successful submission of a completed Trauma Center Designation survey form at the end of each site survey. Services must be performed at various Level I and Level II Trauma Centers in Illinois and neighboring states.
